For the Month of November we are committed to keep MOVING!! Life is busy, so when it starts to move at a crazy pace, why not Double down on the things you can control.  Your Nutriton and Your Movement. Every November, we run a quick 30 Day Movement Challenge and this November we knocked it out of the park!! Moving daily will help you manage stress, help you sleep better, keep the unhealhty habit away as there are only so many hours in a day and when you spend time on these areas, there is no time left for bad habbits! These habits will take you through the end of the year on track!!
