Getting Started

It was not easy, but it is achievable. If I can do it, you can do it.

1) I made a decision to change my life. I identified why that was important to me. I defined how important it was to me and agreed on what I was willing to do to get what I wanted. I identified what I was willing to NOT do to get to my goals

2) I researched, I asked the experts. I committed to myself

3) I Put my goals first. I planned my life around my goals, not the other way around

4) I made a plan. I told everyone in my life what I was doing. I said it out loud so that the universe and everyone that heard me knew I meant it, including myself.

5) I stuck to the plan and the results speak for themselves.
